Kymar Barnes is the Founder and CEO of Warrior Gains LLC, bringing a strong background in direct support, autism coaching, behavioral intervention, and performance development. With professional experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Kymar has built his career around advocacy, structured growth, and promoting independence through person-centered systems.

His work as a Direct Support Professional and Behavior Technician shaped his coaching philosophy—combining discipline, accountability, and practical strategy to help individuals strengthen both mindset and performance. CPR and First Aid certified, with formal education in physical education and athletic training, Kymar integrates physical conditioning with behavioral structure to deliver results that extend beyond fitness.
